Delete your account and data
Delete your DonCourt account in the app or request deletion by email. You do not need to reinstall the app.
Without the app
- Email arturmtbv@gmail.com with the subject “DonCourt — account deletion”.
- Include your sign-in method (Google, Telegram or Apple), profile name and account identifier if known. For Telegram, you may include your @username.
- We verify ownership before deleting the account and confirm completion. Never send passwords, one-time codes, passport or bank details.
In-app deletion runs after confirmation. Email requests are processed manually within 30 days after account ownership is verified. Different sign-in methods may have separate accounts: list every account you want deleted.
In the app
- Open Profile for the account you want to delete.
- Select Delete account.
- Select the confirmation checkbox and Delete permanently. Wait for confirmation.
What is deleted
Your profile and uploaded avatar, messages, bookings, child applications, support tickets, personal level history, active sessions and push registrations. Future games you organize are cancelled.
What is retained
Completed match results and tournament records involving other players keep an anonymous participant. A hash of the sign-in identifier is retained to prevent automatic recreation of a deleted profile. These anonymized results and the protective hash have no set retention period. They are not used to restore your profile. Scheduled backups are not enabled in the current Supabase production project.
